Like many people John has a home in Spain. As John is up to date with technology he can operate his office wherever he is. He has mobile phones and satellite broadband technology.

John can now offer a number of services to the English speaking population of Catalonia and in particular those living in Girona, Barcelona and Tarragona provinces.

If you live on the Costa Brava, Costa Garraf or Costa Daurada you can be with John in less than an hour.

From early 2008 he has been  available in Spain up to one week per month. He is seeking registration as an EU lawyer with the Barcelona Bar.

What can John offer you?

He can advise on your wills to see that you comply with both Spanish and English law. He can draw English wills and refer to an Abogado and Notary in Sitges for Spanish Wills. You can use his will service by internet but a face to face appointment is better.

He can offer a mediation or arbitration service in disputes between two English speakers so that you don’t have to go to the Spanish Courts.

He can advise on Trusts and Pensions.

He can liaise with Spanish Abogados and Notaries about conveyancing so that the service is rendered and reported to you in English.
