You name it, John has practised in that area. Starting off with Crime and Matrimonial and some conveyancing. He spent many years acting for Plaintiffs and Defendants in Personal Injury, Medical and Professional negligence cases. John has now specialised in Commercial and Trust litigation, Professional Negligence Litigation and advice in relation to Trust and commercial structures.He still acts as Duty Advocate at the Police Station and in Court, but no longer takes on criminal cases matrimonial cases or conveyancing.
Having been trained as an all-rounder he is available for locum work however when those skills can be brought into play.
What over 30 years in practice have taught John is to identify, with his client, early on, what client actually wants and then find the shortest, least expensive route, to that goal. That is why John now practices in mediation and sits as a mediator.
