As long as the Will is a simple Will in the followings terms:-

a) Leaving everything to your spouse or partner appointing them sole executor.

b) In the event that they pre-decease you appointing me as executor and leaving everything to your children with the substitution of grandchildren.

£150 for the first Will and £75 for the second Will

Any more complicated Wills will be charged at the following rates.£100 for the first page £50. for the second and each subsequent page per Will and if a Spouse makes an identical Will in reverse terms at the same time the second will is charged at half price .

Probate Costs

Generally I will charge an hourly rate (which will be reduced by 20%  from my normal hourly rate together with 1% of the total value of the Estate. Alternatively your Executors can agree an hourly rate that will not be reduced but with no percentage charge based on the size of your estate or a fee based wholly on a percentage charge based on the size of the estate.
