Mediation

John Wright is a trained and accredited ADR mediator with FriaryMCM in Dublin. His experience of many areas of dispute over the years have made him aware of the importance of other types of dispute resolution than court hearing, including, expert determination, arbitration and mediation.

John encourages his clients in any contentious case to consider mediation which he can prepare and conduct on their behalf. Often mediation can result in settlements which the Courts could not impose.

John is an experienced mediator and is often asked to conduct mediations in the Isle of Man and beyond.

Finally John can arrange mediations for others, from providing a choice of well qualified mediators, to arranging rooms and facilities on the Island.
