John is aware that some businesses require someone to be on hand, to build up a relationship with one lawyer and to have advice on tap.

They may not be large enough to justify a full time in house lawyer. For these clients John offers a consultancy with a fixed number of hours per month available at a discounted rate and paid for in advance with any additional hours being charged at standard rates.

In addition John is willing to explore locum placements with other law firms, either with one case in mind or to cover sickness or maternity cover.
