John provides legal advice to companies large and small , to trusts, trustees and TSP and CSP. He has advised some of the largest businesses on Island. He is a recognised provider of legal services to IOM Government Departments.

One of his recent public commissions was to prepare a report to Tynwald in relation to the 2006 General Election and Electoral Roll He has sat on the Isle of Man Boundary Committee and currently chairs the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and the Rent and Rate Commissioners for the island .

He is also happy to act for individuals.

In some cases he may be willing to work for charities or individuals on a pro bono basis especially in cutting edge Human Rights type cases.

John acts for any one, without fear or favour. The important thing from his point of view is to ensure he has a good relationship with the client, a good understanding of the needs of the client and his case and what the client wants and that he delivers quickly and cost effectively.
